manufactures 1 phase & 3 phase squirrel
cage indication motors which are ideally suitable for industrial &
agriculture purposes.
Range : The motors are
available with standard supply voltage i.e. 350/440 V for 3 phase and
180/230 V for 1 phase at 50Hz or any other special voltage and / or
frequency on request. Motors can be obtained in 2, 4, 6, 8-Pole
design.
Mounting :- Standard mounting
arrangement includes foot mounted ( B3 construction ) or flange mounted (
B5 construction ). Any mounting other than these can be considered
on request.
Degree of Protection :- Motors
are suitable for IP 44. However any other degree of protection can
be provided on request.
Application
:- Coalmines, Refineries, Exhaust Fans, Water Pumps, Petrochemical
Industries and factories where gases, vapours, fumes and coal dust are a
natural atmospheric hazard. For appliances other than those
mentioned above, motors can be provided on request.
The motors comply with Indian
Standard Specification IS : 2148 / 1981 for Gas Groups I, IIA, and IIB.
Motors for gas group IIC can be supplied as and when demanded.
We have already supplied a few
motors for Gas Group II C to satisfied customers.

monobloc pumps is powered by a TEFC 2880 RPM, 50 Hz, 300/440 V in 3 phase
& 180/240 V in 1 phase, A.C. supply, squirrel cage induction motors of
insulation class 'A'/'E'/'B'/'F'. Usage of selected high grade
materials result in high performance and low temperature rise. SKF
bearings & dynamically balanced. Aluminium Die Casting rotors
ensure vibration-free operation. Air locking is prevented by centre
delivery casting.
Total Head Range : 6 to 71
meters.
Discharged Range : 210 to 2100 LPM.
Sealing : Packing rope & oil seal.
Pumped Liquid : Clean, cold, non-aggressive water.
Water Temperature : 00C to 400C.
Maximum Working Pressure : 7 bar
Direction of Rotation : Anticlockwise when viewed from pump volute side.

self priming pumps have motors of 200 / 240V, 50 Hz, capacitor start, or
380 / 440V, 1440RPM, TEFC type. 'PEW'
self priming pumps can be used for domestic purposes, small hotels
apartments, complexes, housing society, gardens and industries.
These pumps are either single stage or double stage. The double
stage pumps give more water at higher heads (height). Significant
features include :
Water deflectors to protect front - end bearings.
Stainless Steel Shaft - a strong anti-corrosion feature.
Thermal Overload Protector.

submersible pumps are multistage centrifugal pumps with radial or mixed
flow impellers operating submerged beneath the surface of water.
Generally the pump set is suspended vertically from the discharge pipe
which is firmly secured to the mouth of the bore well by means of
supporting clamps.

submersible pumps can also be installed at an inclined angle.
High operating efficiency resulting in lower power consumption.
Maintenance free & noiseless operation due to water lubricated
bearings.
